Terms of Service
All Centuri engagements are conducted under explicit written authorization from the client. No testing activity begins without a signed scope-of-work agreement.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of centuri-ai.com and any services provided by Centuri ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Centuri provides authorized AI security testing, red-teaming, and advisory services. All engagements are scoped and authorized in writing prior to the commencement of any testing activity. We do not perform unauthorized testing under any circumstances.
2. Authorized Use Only
By engaging Centuri, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have explicit written authorization to test the AI systems identified in the engagement scope.
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.
- The systems to be tested are not shared infrastructure that could affect parties outside the agreed scope without their consent.
Any misrepresentation of authorization is solely the client's liability. Centuri bears no responsibility for engagements performed in good faith reliance on client-provided authorization.
3. Scope of Work
Each engagement is governed by a separate scope-of-work document agreed upon before work begins. Testing is strictly limited to systems, endpoints, and timeframes specified in that document. Centuri will not exceed the agreed scope without explicit written approval.
4. Confidentiality
All findings, reports, and engagement details are treated as confidential. We do not disclose client information, system vulnerabilities, or test results to any third party without your consent, except as required by law. Clients are expected to treat Centuri's methodologies and tooling as confidential as well.
5. Data Protection & GDPR
Where Centuri processes personal data on your behalf as part of an engagement, the following applies:
- Role: Centuri acts as a "Data Processor" and you act as the "Data Controller" under GDPR.
- Compliance: We process data only on your documented instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- DPA: For clients requiring specific data processing terms (including EU Standard Contractual Clauses), a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request and shall be incorporated by reference into the Scope of Work.
- Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect engagement data, including encryption of mission logs and PII redaction in final reports.
6. Deliverables & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the findings report for internal security improvement purposes. Centuri retains ownership of all underlying methodologies, tooling, and frameworks used to produce deliverables. Anonymized, aggregate findings may be used for benchmarking and research purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Security testing is inherently technical work. While Centuri takes every precaution to avoid unintended disruption, you acknowledge that authorized testing may reveal existing instabilities in your AI systems. Centuri's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. No Guarantee of Security
Delivery of a security report does not constitute a guarantee that the tested systems are free of vulnerabilities. Security is an ongoing process. Centuri's findings reflect the state of your system at the time of testing only.
9. Payment
Payment terms are specified in each engagement agreement. Centuri reserves the right to withhold deliverables until payment is received. Overdue invoices may accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
10. Website Use
You may use centuri-ai.com for lawful informational purposes only. You may not scrape, probe, or attempt to test this website without explicit written permission from Centuri. (Yes, we see the irony — that's exactly why we say it.)
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
